Mamnoon Hussain takes oath as 12th president of Pakistan

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Newly elected President Mamnoon Hussain took oath as 12th president of the country at a ceremony at Aiwan-e-Sadr‚ Islamabad on Monday.

Mamnoon Hussain was elected with an overwhelming majority in the July 30th presidential elections as PML-N nominee.
The seventy-three years old Mamnoon Hussain is a businessman turned politician.
He studied at the Institute of Business Administration in Karachi.
Mamnoon Hussain remained Governor of Sindh from 19th June 1999 to 12th October 1999.
