Foreign Office on Friday ridiculed Indian claim that Jammu and Kashmir is part of it saying that the claim is not only absurd but baseless as well.In a statement issued from Islamabad, the foreign office spokesman Abdul Basit said Kashmir dispute is still waiting to be resolved under the charter of UN resolutions and Indias failure to abide by them. He declared Indian foreign offices claim that state of Jammu and Kashmir is part of India as ridiculous and baseless. The spokesman said India will have to give Kashmiri people their due rights by holding plebiscite under the charter of UN resolutions on Kashmir.
