Business and academic activities remained opened in different areas of the city including Kotla Jam, Darya Khan and Panj Giraen on Wednesday.
Curfew was imposed in the city after the incident while a strike was observed on Friday against the killing. The businesses remained at standstill and roads wore deserted look with rallies taken out on several places.
