Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that the Karachi incident was a conspiracy aimed at destabilising the country, while Farooq Sattar hinted at foreign hand in this regard.While talking to media at Rangers Headquarters, Karachi, MQM leader Farooq Sattar said that the probe into Karachi mayhem would complete till tomorrow, adding that late arrival of fire brigade is also being investigated.He said that a transparent method would be adopted to transfer funds to the affected traders.The interior minister said that those involved in target killing would not be spared. Sattar said that target killing was harming Karachi peace and called for probe in this regard. He added that the elements behind Karachi incident be unmasked.
