Karachi blast was reaction of my speech: President Zardari

President Asif Ali Zardari Thursday said non-state actors carried out Karachi Ashura blast in reaction to his speech on Benazir Bhuttos death anniversary. He said the future of local government system will be decided by provinces now.In an interview to a Sindhi TV channel, President Zardari reiterated that non-state actors are hatching conspiracies against the country. Some specific people think they can terminate or empower the government. Zardari said he possesses political weapons and will use them when he felt the need. I hope that local government elections will be held in 90 days. He maintained that everybody knows about political actors. President said political forces want civilian control over Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), however, ISI will remain under military control for the time being. He said establishment is a mindset that works in different ways. Military establishments opinion has always been given consideration. President maintained that the government and army are in complete harmony over ongoing military operation in the country. If any province suffered atrocity, I seek pardon as head of the state, he added.
