Loadshedding has been resumed after Ashura throughout the country.Around six hours long outages hit the urban areas, while some eight hours loadshedding would be carried out in the rural areas.Pepco authorities have announced to suspend outages in respect of 9th and 10th Muharram but resumed it from today, as the power shortfall is at 3,500megawatts.According to Pepco authorities, the blackouts have been resumed due to fall in hydel power and added that there would be no immediate respite in this regard.
