PPP, MQM leaders vow to work jointly

MQM delegations held a meeting with President Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House in Karachi in which both sides showed resolve to strengthen the countrys democratic institutions. They discussed the prevailing situation in the country after the SC decision on NRO while issues of local body system and constitutional amendments were also came under discussion. Talking to media after the meeting, Interior Minister Rehman Malik said there are no differences between MQM and PPP. He said that both parties would work jointly for democracy.
