LAHORE (Web Desk) - Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid has submitted resolutions in Senate and Punjab Assembly against hike in electricity prices and demanded the government to withdraw a decision regarding increase in tariff hike.
Senator Kamil Ali Agha submitted the resolution against increase in power prices in Senate whereas members of PML-Q parliamentary party submitted the resolution in Punjab Assembly.
Agha said that the increase in power prices would have severe impact on common consumers who already have no purchasing power.
‘‘Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has completely ignored the masses after coming into power,’’ he further said.
Meanwhile, PML-Q Punjab parliamentary leader, Sardar Waqas Hassan Mookal raised a calling attention notice regarding the killi8ng of women by dacoits in Phool Nagar.
