MUZAFFARABAD / GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) - At least four passengers in a Suzuki van died and two others injured when a speed dumper of NHA coming from Lohar Gali collided with the van near Bela Noor Shah.
The accident occurred because the driver could not maintain control due to dilapidated condition of the road.
The wounded were shifted to Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital Muzaffarabad for treatment while the dead bodies were shifted to their ancestral village.
In another accident, a man and his wife died and two children injured when a speedy car hit their motorcycle.
According to details, a resident of Mandiala Warraich, Ashfaq along with his wife Asia and three children, was going to Wazirabad to see his in-laws when a speedy car hit their motorcycle near Jandiala Dhab Wala killing the husband and wife on the spot and injuring their children Ali, Zohaib, Amar and Hassan.
Rescue teams shifted the children to District Headquarter Hospital for medical treatment while Motorway Police arrested the accused.
