Summary ANP has announced to support Raza Rabbani in the presidential elections to be held on Aug 06.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Awami National Party (ANP) on Monday announced to support Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) candidate in Presidential elections that would be held on August 06.
Talking to media, leader of ANP, Haji Adeel said that Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) did not contact up till now.
He said ANP would support Mian Raza Rabbani in the presidential elections who will contest elections from PPP’s platform.
“Our representatives in National Assembly, Khyber Pakhtoonkhaw and Senate would vote Mian Raza Rabbani”, Haji Adeel mentioned.
Replying a query, he said that PML-N still did not finalize name of its candidate.
