ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, will hear the petition today,
The petition was filed by Aslam Ghuman Advocate, seeking cancellation of bail of former president Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf in judges’ detention case.
The Applicant argued that terrorism provisions were involved in the judges detention case which were unbailable.
