A petition seeking review of Supreme Courts 17-member bench decision on NRO has been filed in Lahore Registry branch of the SC, reported Dunya News. Filed by barrister Zafarullah, petition maintains that under the international laws President Zardari couldnt be tried for Swiss Cases. It says that under article 248 of the constitution, president has immunity. The petitioner requested the court to review its decision.
