LHC orders not to allow 5 arrested Americans go abroad

Lahore High Court Chief Justice Khawaja Sharif has ordered the government not to take five Americans arrested from Sargodha outside the country without the courts permission, Dunya News Wednesday reported. During the hearing of Khalid Khawajas petition, Punjab Government informed the court that case has been registered against five Americans and they were on remand. Khalid Khawaja had submitted in his petition that arrested Americans could be spies and FBI could shift them to America to save them from any investigation. Khawaja had requested the court to stop their deportation. The court disposed of the petition after direction government not to deport Americans.
