ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former President Perviaz Musharraf counsel Ibrahin Sati will file the petition in the Supreme Court on behalf former military ruler.
Sources close to former President Perviaz Musharraf have revealed that he is going to file a petition in the Supreme Court against the announcement by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in which he had announced that a treason case would be filed against Pervaiz Musharraf.
Earlier, Advocate General Wednesday had officially informed the Supreme Court that the PM had directed the law ministry to file a treason case against the former dictator.
Musharraf is reported have said that a media trial had been initiated against him, and state machinery was also being used against him.
He further said that he was facing hurdles in the acquisition of justice.
