ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Sources close to former President Perviaz Musharraf have revealed that he is going to file a petition in the Supreme Court against the announcement by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in which he had announced that a treason case would be filed against Pervaiz Musharraf.
Earlier, Advocate General Wednesday had officially informed the Supreme Court that the PM had directed the law ministry to file a treason case against the former dictator.
Musharraf is reported have said that a media trial had been initiated against him, and state machinery was also being used against him.
He further said that he was facing hurdles in the acquisition of justice.
