DIAMIR (Dunya News) – Inspector General Police Gilgit Usman Zakria in joint press conference with the Chief Secretary Wednesday, claimed that 15 terrorists involved in killing of foreign tourists at Nanga Parbat base camp had been indentified and were still present in Gilgit area.
Zakria said an operation to arrest the culprits was underway with the help of army and local Jirga members.
He said helicopters were also being used in the operation.
Zarkria said Majeed, the mastermind of the attack on foreign tourists, belongs to Chalas.
“Local Jirga has assured that the culprits would be arrested within two days,” he said.
