ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court expressed displeasure over the non-appointment of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chief despite court orders.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) implementation case on Wednesday.
During the course of proceedings, the court asked the NAB prosecutor general why the NAB chairman was not appointed as yet.
The court summoned a reply from the Attorney General in this regard.
