Altaf demands trial of masterminds of suicide attacks

A resolution has been passed declaring suicide attacks as Haram and urging people to avoid offering prayers behind Ulema who support suicide attacks in the Ulema Mashaikh Conference organized by Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Tuesday.Addressing the Ulema Mashaikh Conference via telephone in Karachi, MQM Chief Altaf Hussain demanded the government to hold trials against those elements who teach and give training to suicide attackers. He urged all the Ulema of all sects to be united for promoting unity among Muslims. Government should keep an eye on those elements who are involved in terrorism activities. Altaf said enemies of Islam are conspiring to force Muslims to fight with each other during holy month of Muharram. He urged Muslims to foil these conspiracies by staying united.
