A petition has been filed in Lahore High Court to stop extradition of five Americans arrested from Sargodha and take proper action against them as per Pakistani laws. Khalid Khawaja maintained in the petition that the held Americans have not presented in the court and no lawyer was allowed to approach them; this is unlawful and comes under habeas corpus. The petition also maintains that these persons might be American spies who can be taken to America by FBI to avoid investigation.
