Sweden hands over first AWACS aircraft to Pakistan

Sweden has handed over first AWACS aircraft to Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on Tuesday. Pakistan will get 3 more Sweden-made aircrafts. According to ISPR, the Airborne Early Warning and Control Aircraft (AWACS) was landed at Pakistan Air Force. The aircraft will further boost Pakistan Air Forces journey to modernization. With AWACS aircraft, Pakistan has entered into the line of those few countries which have modern air monitoring and control system. AWACS aircraft can locate medium and high range flying planes and also can inform about low range flying planes. According to ISPR, AWACS will boost capability of Pakistan Air Force.
