Summary APML ex-secretary general's name has been removed from the lawyers torture case on Tuesday.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News):-Anti Terrorism Court resumed hearing of Lawyer torture case.
Police submitted their investigation report in the court according to which Dr Amjad was in Lahore on the day of occurrence.
It is worthy of note that Dr Amjad is also invisible in the video which is in the custody of police.
After evaluating the matter, the court removed Dr Amjad from the case.
After trial, while talking to the media, Dr Amjad was of the view that he was making no deal with former military dictator Pervez Musharraf; rather he was facing the cases filed against him.
