Summary A three-member SC bench will take up the treason case against Pervez Musharraf today.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A three-member-bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, will hear petions of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf Ibrar-ul-Haq and Jamaat-e-Islami Muhammad Hussain Mehnati regarding rigging in the 2013 general elections.
The same bench will also hear treason case against former president Pervez Musharraf and LPG quota case and electoral reform case.
Meanwhile, a three-member bench, headed by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja will take up regarding Midia Commission case, arrest of Tauqir Nasir case and contempt of court case against caretaker PM Justice (retd) Mir Hazar Khan Khoso.
