ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The public prosecutor in judges’ detention case has excused himself from following the case on Wednesday.
Owing to his mother’s ill-health, Syed Muhammad Tayyab said that the case might face delay.
The prosecutor officially informed the chief commissioner of Islamabad. Meanwhile, the law ministry has received the letter of Commissioner for the appointment of new prosecutor.
On the other hand, the hearing of bail plea in judges’ detention case could not be held due to the absence of prosecutor today. The court has adjourned the hearing till May 18.
