Summary Says how an army can win a war without a general to lead it.

CHARSADDA (Online) - Former provincial president Begum Nasim Wali has said that any battle, war sans a capable general was sheer suicidal stupidity.

Castigating her politically incapable son, ANP’s president Asfandyar Wali, while talking to Online, she expressed her dismay that party’s strength and valor of golden era of yore had faded alongwith departures of Bacha Khan, and Wali Khan.

Citing the march of Bacha Khan against colonial rulers in 1927, she remarked: “Absence of leadership for an eagerly awaiting crowd of supporters is quite a debilitating factor. Better not fight such a battle or war”.

She berated Asfandyar for changing the very manifesto and constitution of party, prevalent since NAP (National Awami Party) days (identity), and said that whatever treatment Asfandyar meted to her, he behaved in a similar way with masses.

She was critical of her being totally ignored and sidetracked for any consensus over party matters for an entire six years’ period , and questioned the past support, trust of ECP (Election Commission of Pakistan) and transparent elections while accusing it (over current success of PTI) , as of now.

She said that ECP was investigating the matter, and “if it found any anomalies it has promised to repeat elections”, she said.
