Four people were killed and several others were injured in a blast on University Road Tehkal Area of Peshawar, reported Dunya News. Buildings of some 20 offices burnt in the blast while several vehicles also got damaged. According to Dunya News Correspondent the blast occurred in four-story building called united plaza near a foreign restaurant at 11:30 am. The rescue activities were initiated after the blast. Security forces have surrounded the area. The injured of the blast are being shifted to Lady Reading hospital. The blast sound was heard till far. The building caught fire after the blast. Most of Afghan refugees reside in the area. Many important offices are also located there. Office of Afghan Human Rights Commission also burnt in the incident. AIG Shafqat Malik says that no explosive is found from the spot and apparently it doesn't seem a terrorist attack. Terrorists want to spread terror, striking anywhere: Information Minister NWFPNWFP Information Minister Iftikhar Hussain said that terrorists could target anybody and were killing innocent people. He said that terrorists were spreading terror and striking at mosques even. He told that explosive material was planted in a car.
