LALAMUSA (Dunya News) Pakistan People’s Party leader Qamar Zaman Kaira said
He said Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan were acting like spokespersons of Taliban.
Lashing out at PML-N leadership, he said Nawaz struck deal with Musharraf and escaped abroad along with family members.
Criticizing Nawaz Sharif for taking credit for atomic explosions Kaira said atomic programme was initiated by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and complete by Benazir Bhutto.
Addressing a public meeting in Lalamusa on Sunday‚ he said the PPP led former government also promoted unity of all the federating units.
Kaira said it is a good omen that all political forces are taking part in elections.
The PPP leader also said that his party served with great courage despite international pressures.
Earlier‚ addressing another gathering near Lalamusa‚ he said Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto never bowed their heads before dictators.
He said PPP workers also rendered numerous sacrifices for the cause of democracy and were imprisoned in notorious jails of Shahi Qila‚ Attock and Mianwali.
He said Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan were acting like spokespersons of Taliban.
