Court cant order Musharrafs arrest: Kasuri
Says Musharraf did not try to avoid arrest but came back home after the hearing.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Barrister Ahmad Raza Kasuri has said that court cannot order the arrest of General Pervez Musharraf.
Speaking to media outside the Farm House of Pervez Musharraf on Thursday, he said that the court can only reject or accept the bail.
“Pervez Musharraf appeared before the court in government security and he returned back in the same security,” he said.
Talking about his consultative meeting with Musharraf, Kasuri said that Pervez Musharraf is calm and happy with confidence.
Musharraf was smoking cigar and taking coffee, there was no sign of depression on him, Kasuri maintained.
