ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Hearing the Karachi law and order case, the Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry remarked that land mafia was responsible for the unrest in the city.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice heard the Karachi case on Wednesday.
During the course of proceedings, the chief justice said that land grabbers were active in the city despite the abandonment of lease agreements.
The court sought the policy of board of revenue.
