ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry resumed the hearing of the case pertaining to missing persons from the Adiala Jail.
The court showed dissatisfaction over the report presented by the advocate general and ordered to submit the complete record of the trial cases against the missing persons.
During the hearing, the apex court observed that no one would be allowed to slip the freedom of anyone.
Earlier, Chief Justice said that the prisoners arrested from the Adiala jail in 2010 and so far no crime have been proved against them, adding that being the chief advocate of the country AG should have enquired of the prisoners and Pakistan army should not be blamed for that.
