KESC sacks 108 employees for poor performance
Those sacked include 12 general managers.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - The Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) on Monday terminated the services of 108 employees for poor performance.
The sacked employees were of officers’ grades, serving in various positions, including assistant managers, data controllers and meter inspectors.
Since its privatisation, the power utility has sacked thousands of its employees, including labourers under the so-called Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS).
