Lawyers raise voice for FHC bench
Lawyers continued their protest on Tuesday for formation of High Court bench in Faisalabad.
FAISALABAD (Dunya News):-A large number of lawyers gathered at the Session Court and cordoned off the lower court buildings. They also shouted slogans for setup of High Court bench in Faisalabad.
The lawyers also held a rally from District Council Chowk to Session Court and appealed the government to keep its promise regarding High Court bench for them.
As a precautionary measure, a large number of police personnel were deployed at the site of demonstration and nobody was allowed to enter the court’s precincts.
Protesting lawyers were of the view that they could continue their protest till the establishment of High Court bench in Faisalabad.
