Summary Member ECP says everybody has right to challenge nomination papers.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News):-The Election Commission has made it clear that if the president rejects the new document, the commission would remain steadfast over its judgment.
While talking to the media, Member Election Commission Justice (r) Shehzad Akber said that if President Asif Ali Zardari sets aside the new document regarding nomination papers, the commission would remain committed to its judgment.
He said that every citizen has right to challenge the nomination papers, adding that the court decision would accepted with open heart.
