Loan, tax defaulter not eligible to hold party membership: ECP
ECP has proposed suggested to conduct general election on May 8 or 9.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Election Commission on Saturday made it clear that even a loan or tax defaulter cannot hold the party membership.
According to ECP sources, attention of party member is being diverted towards Section-V of the Political Parties Order.
According to which, the person eligible for assembly membership can only hold the party membership.
A person is not eligible to hold party membership if he does not comply with the article 62 and 63 of the constitution.
