The government hasnt devised any comprehensive strategy to recover missing persons, the Supreme Court of Pakistan has remarked, reported Dunya News. SC Judge Justice Javed Iqbal remarked that court would go to every possible extent in missing persons case. The court issued notice to Sindh IG, IG Prison, Federal Home Secretary and provincial home secretaries for November 18 while hearing cases of two missing persons named Mustafa Azam and Imran Munir. Amna Masood Janjua requested the SC to hear main petition of missing persons case on which Justice Iqbal remarked that petitions of only two missing persons were before him however he wanted that cases of other missing persons are also heard soon. The Justice observed he would consult with Chief Justice to hear main petition of missing persons case next week.
