LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Lahore High Court has dismissed a petition seeking an action against President Asif Ali Zardari and all the governors for not presenting governments’ progress report in the Parliament and provincial assemblies.
The petitioner stated that under the 29 (3) of the Law, all the provincial governors and president were liable to present progress report in the Parliament and provincial assemblies.
The LHC registrar office rejected the petition by objecting that no application could be moved against the president.
