PMN-L leader Nawaz Sharif said that Balochistan package should be presented after consultation with all the parties. He said that no problem was surfaced in Balochistan in the period of democratic governments. In a press conference in Islamabad after the meeting with Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, Nawaz Sharif said that it is necessary to win the hearts and minds of Balochistan people and economic, political and social rights should be provided to them to overcome their grievances. He said that the government should avoid such a package which would be rejected later on. He said the government, after consultation with all parties and the military leadership, should formulate a comprehensive bill which would be accepted to all factions. He said that he has asked the prime minister to give a timeframe for the Balochistan package. He said that ongoing military operations should be ended as soon as possible. He told the prime minister that India is involved in the worsening situation of Pakistan.
