High court bench: Faisalabad lawyers boycott courts

FAISALABAD (Dunya News) - The lawyers’ fraternity has boycotted courts to put pressure on the authorities for the formation of high bench in the city.
The lawyers locked the civil courts, session courts and DC office on Saturday.
Staging a protest demonstration outside the session court, the lawyers barged into the DC office, went on a rampage and locked down the main gate of the building.
Lawyers’ leaders said that until the announcement of the setting up of a high court bench in Fasislabad, they would not only let the locks open.
