LAHORE: Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that no one was above the law whatsoever the position he or she was enjoying.
The Chief Justice expressed these views during the session of judicial policy making committee.
Addressing the session, the CJP said that judiciary was the safeguard of constitution. He said that justice will be given to every individual of the state.
He also said that the performance of lower courts has been improved due to judicial policy.
The CJP maintained that all cases have been resolved in the light of the constitution.
