PESHAWAR: Police have sealed the entry and exit points around Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Governor House ahead of planned protest of the South Waziristan IDPs, Dunya News reported.
Muttahida Tribal Party had announced the protest to press the authorities to address the demands of Orakzai s internally displaced persons (IDPs).
Heavy contingents of police remained present on the roads to avert any untoward incident.
On the other hand, the protestors have assured SP Cantt that they will carry out a peaceful rally towards press club.
