Summary Law enforcement agencies are not serious in the province, says CJP.
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Monday summoned the notification regarding imposition of emergency and governor rule in Balochistan province, Dunya News reported.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was hearing a petition on the law and order situation and human rights violations in Balochistan.
Advocate-General Balochistan Amanullah Kinrani told the bench he had not received the relevant notification so far.
Later, the bench asked the authorities to submit the notification by January 29.
