Summary At least 14 security personnel were killed in a remote-controlled bomb attack in Razmak.

 

MIRANSHAH: A remotely detonated bomb targeting a security forces’ vehicle killed 14 personnel and injured 21 others in North Waziristan’s Razmak area on Sunday, political administrative officials said.

 

As a result of blast, 14 security personnel died on the spot while 21 others sustained serious injuries. Several army vehicles were completely destroyed in the attack.

 

The injured security personnel were air lifted to military hospital in Peshawar for treatment. Heavy contingent of security forces cordoned off the area after the blast and started search operation.
