Summary The SC will hear contempt of court case against the President and the PM on Monday.
ISLAMABAD: A 4-member SC bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Khilji Arif Hussain will take up the case for hearing.
SC while rendering verdict on a petition of Nadim Ahmad advocate had issued directives for issuance of notification by President Asif Ali Zardari on appointment of judges in IHC.
However no notification on appointment of Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui as regular judge and extension of Justice Noor ul Haq Qureshi for six months has been issued so far.
