A deadly measles outbreak in Sindh and later in Punjab has left at least 341 children dead, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
According to reports gathered from different parts of Sindh and Punjab, nine children lost their lives due to the measles virus in the last 24 hours.
Four children died in Dera Ghazi Khan while measles claimed two and three children in Mirpur and Kandhkot respectively.
The toll is feared to mount due to the unavailability of vaccines in the affected areas.
In Sindh, Kandhkot had been the most affected district where the death toll has mounted to 128.
