Summary A petition has been filed in the SC for legal action those involved in Lal Masjid operation.
ISLAMABAD: The counsel of Supreme Court Tariq Asad on Tuesday filed the petition in which he prayed to the court that all those involved in Lal Masjid operation should be summoned for inquiry.
He pointed out if it is not possible for everyone to appear in person then they should record their statements through videoconference.
The counsel appealed that all Ulema should also be summoned, who were part of the dialogue between Lal Masjid authorities and government, he stated.
Tariq Asad also appealed that all media outlets should be summoned which had covered the Lal Masjid operation.
