Meanwhile, Balochistan High Court will hear a constitution petition filed by former speaker Balochistan Assembly Aslam Bhootani today. The petitioner has prayed in his petition that the December 26 session of Balochistan Assembly called on the advice of chief minister was unconstitutional. The court had issued notices to Deputy Speaker Matiullah Agha and secretary BA, Zahoor Ahmad in this regard.
