LHR: Airport, motorway close due to fog
Punjab is in grip of dense fog on third consecutive day.
LAHORE: National and international flights remained affected at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport. Most of flights have been cancelled or diverted to other cities due to thick fog.
Motorway has also been closed and police have advised the people to refrain from driving on motorway due to zero visibility.
The police said drivers must switch on fog lights while traveling. The visibility on the Grand Trunk (GT) road was also low due to the thick fog.
