Summary
All government universities have been reopened in NWFP today. Schools in NWFP will reopen on November 2 while schools in Balochistan will reopen on 29 October. Educational activities are continued in Karachi under strict security. Stern security measures have been adopted in schools, colleges and universities of Lahore. However, private schools are asked to improve security. More students came to schools in Multan today as compared to previous day.
