Two of Peshawar High Court Judges who took oath under the PCO have resigned from the office, Dunya News Monday reported. Sources informed that PCO judges Hamid Farooq Durrani and Syed Maroof Khayal have submitted their resignation to PHC Chief Justice Syed Masdaq Hussain Gilani. Durrani and Khayal were included in those three PHC judges who were served on the contempt of court notice by the Supreme Court. Both of these two judges went on leave after being served the contempt of court notices.
