Balochistan doctors continue strike on 49th day
The provincial assembly has also approved a bill to sack protesting doctors.
QUETTA: Doctors in Balochistan have continued their strike on the 49th day, shutting down all operation theaters and Out Patient Departments (OPDs) across the province on Wednesday.
Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Balochistan chapter decided to continue the strike until government provincial government accepts their demands.
Patients in the province are facing severe difficulties due to closure of out-patient departments and operation theatres.
As per details, eleven people including four women and two minors have died due to non-availability of doctors.
