Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Interior minister Rehman Malik said that all the institutions would remain closed in Islamabad on the eve of D-8 conference; however, the Interior and Foreign ministries, ICT, CDA, IESCO, Senate and National Assembly will continue shouldering their services.
